The name “Romarion” is the combination of the first names of the children of Luc Torrecilla: Romain and Marion. This wine is made from a very careful selection of 100% Merlot, aiming to select the best juices at our disposal.
The wine has slight vegetal note with lightly toasted aromas that are dominated by notes of vanilla. The mouthfeel is volumptuous, with supple tannins. We recommend pairing with beef cheek, eggplant, steak with shallots, or roast pork.
