Beau Soleil is a Languedoc-Roussillon style red wine from France. This Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of red and black fruits, plum, cassis, sweet peppers and hints of fine herbs. There is a bit of mint with smoky toasted notes also. Full-bodied and well-structured on the palate with fruity aromas and a lingering, toasted finish. The tannins are dry and smooth. We recommend pairing with veal or hearty pasta dishes.
