What a unique blend out of Mendoza, Argentina! We think the flavors are very balanced but lean a little toward the Chenin Blanc side (aka you might get the teeniest bit of oak/butter, but you will have to really search for it). On the drier side, there are notes of fruit and florals. Excellent, lingering finish. We recommend with fish, pasta or seafood.
